This tastefully decorated, upscale 4 bedroom/3 bathroom private pool and spa home with two master suites has everything. The home is located right on the golf course and it is the absolute perfect home for your vacation to Central Florida.

The home has two master suites. The main master has a Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, sit down vanity, cozy sitting area with TV, sliding door leading to the pool deck, and a King sized bed. On the other side of the home is a master with a private toilet and shower, TV set, and a doorway leading to the pool deck. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds and TV sets.

There are two living room areas. The spacious main living room has an open floor plan with a breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large screen TV hooked up to a Digital Video Recorder, Surround Sound, DVD, and VCR player. Both living areas have sliding doors to the pool deck.

The formal dinning room is a great place to enjoy a family meal. The kitchen has granite counters, lots of oak cabinets, stove, rangetop, microwave, full refrigerator, desk area, disposal, and, of course, all the utensils, cookware, and place settings you need.

There is a full sized washer/dryer and two car garage.

There are so many amenities, it is tough to list them all. There is wireless internet, a spacious pool deck with covered lanai that has a table with four chairs, and four sling back loungers, nice sized pool with spa, outdoor BBQ grill, upscale decor, extensive landscaping, and all right on the championship golf course.

The location is superb. Disney and the other major theme parks are just down the road. Full service grocery, restaurants, and shops are less than a mile from the subdivision. And every conceivable type of restaurant, shop, minor attractions, golf courses, etc. are within minutes. What an absolutely perfect home for your absolutely perfect vacation.

The community is located just a minute or two from either a Publix full service grocery or super Wal-Mart and 24 Hour Pharmacy/Sundry Shop. There are also many restaurants from fast food to fine dining, home improvement stores, mini-golf, Sam's Club, Costco, BJ's, and numerous other smaller attractions very close by.

A Disney Exit is only 9.8 miles away. Sea World, Universal, and the Convention Center are approx. 15 minutes beyond that.
Four major waterparks and hundreds of minor attractions are all within a short drive of your home.
The Atlantic Coast Beaches, like Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach are only about an hour to the east.
The Gulf Coast Beaches around Tampa/St. Petersburg are only about an hour to the west.
