Why should I reserve a Dream Home? Three words - Quality, Value, and
Service! Our private pool homes, townhomes with splash pools, and
condos are beautifully decorated and fully appointed. The location is
superb--right beside Disney. The value is phenomenal, not only
compared to other rental homes but also compared to hotels in the
area. However, the biggest advantage of our homes, townhomes and
condos is the service we provide. Whether you book on-line our call
our office for personal service, we are here for you 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. Even if you arrive in Orlando late at night, or are
concerned about your travel arrangements for any reason, know you can
always reach someone who is less than 10 minutes from your vacation
rental home and is happy to help, day or night.
How do I make a reservation? There are many ways. The fastest,

vacation rental home for you and your family. Then just click "Book
it Now" and follow the instructions for completing your on-line
reservation.

Does Dream Homes require a minimum stay? If you are planning a visit of less
than five nights, we are happy to offer you our Best Value option.
You choose the property type and when you arrive, we’ll find you
the best home available from our vast selection of properties. All
properties are right beside Disney and all our homes have private
pools. Guests staying for less than 5 nights must also pay a
cleaning fee. For guests who want to select their specific home
location, we require a 5 night minimum stay.
If you rent multiple homes for less
than 5 nights each, we are unable to guarantee the proximity of the
homes to one another.
What if I need to cancel? If you cancel your reservation more
than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you forfeit your
deposit, but will not be charged the balance of your account. We
regret we are unable to offer any refunds within 30 days of your
scheduled arrival for any reason. Therefore we highly recommend
guests purchase travel insurance (see below).
Do I need travel insurance? Because vacations can be disrupted for
a variety of reasons including (but not limited to) emergencies,
death, airline delays & disruptions, illness and bad weather, we
recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance. Insurance can
usually be secured from an independent agency at 6%-7% of your total
reservation.
Where do I check in? Your stay with Dream Homes begins at
our check-in center, conveniently located right next to Disney and
just a short drive from all our homes. (We mail you directions when
you reserve, but you can go to the location map page and/or the
directions page to see exactly where we are located.) If you arrive
after hours, your key will be ready for you in the lock box. (The
code to the lock box is included in your confirmation packet.) If you
have any questions or problems, you will have a number to reach us 24
hours/day, 7 days/week.
When can I check in? When is check-out? Check in time is after 4:00 pm. Check
out time is before 10:00 AM. Guests arriving at the check-in center
prior to the 4:00 PM check-in time are not likely to secure an early
check-in. If you plan to arrive after regular business hours, we
will make special arrangements for you to secure your keys. Please
remember to come by our office the next morning to register. On your
departure day, after leaving your rental home by 10:00 AM, please
proceed directly to the check-in center to return your keys.
Unlike small, cramped hotel rooms, it
takes a full day to professional clean and sanitize a rental home.
So an early check in can only occur if the home was empty and cleaned
the previous day. A late check out makes it impossible for us to
have a home ready for the next guest, so it is only possible by
paying for an additional night and it must be arranged in advance.
Guests who fail to return their keys or leave their rental property
on time will incur a $50 charge.
What is the Accidental Damage Waiver? Your reservation includes a $29.00,
non-refundable accidental damage waiver. This fee covers any
accidental damage that occurs to your property during your stay up to
$1000. However, this fee does not cover: Lost or stolen items,
intentional damage, excessive damage, damage done by motor vehicles,
damage caused by fire or smoking, or the cost to repair a frozen A/C
unit because the thermostat was set too low. For this coverage to
apply the damage must be reported to the office as soon as it occurs.
This is a required charge and applies to each individual home rented.
Will my pool be heated? If you would like pool heating, you
must make arrangements for it at the time you place your reservation.
Pool heating can only be ordered for the entire length of your stay.
Refunds for pool heating are not available once you arrive,
regardless of weather conditions.
Many of our pools are heated by
electric heat pump. The desired water temperature is set at 82
degrees Fahrenheit. It is important to note that this temperature
will not feel “hot” like a spa, or “warm” like a bathtub. It
is only meant to take the chill off the water so you may swim
comfortably. When the air temperature drops below 55 degrees
Fahrenheit the pump (which sucks in air as part of its operation),
although on and operating, may not be able to bring the water fully
up to desired temperature. However, the operating costs remain the
same and no refunds can be made should the water not reach desired
temperature in this circumstance.
If a pool heater is broken and/or
unavailable for any reason, we will do our best to offer you an
alternative property with a working unit. If, for whatever reason,
we cannot provide a home with a pool heater, our liability is limited
to only the amount of supplement paid for the pool heating not
supplied.
How far is my Dream Home from the Check-in Center? As you can see on our location map
page, our homes are conveniently located not far from our check-in
center and right beside Disney World, placing us in a convenient
location to service you.
Which Home Will I Be In? If you choose a Superior, Deluxe, or
Family home, you will be in the home you chose.
If you choose Best Value, we will
select one of our beautiful homes, townhomes, or condos for you on
the day of your arrival. When you place your reservation, we
guarantee you will receive the number of bedrooms and bathroomss you
ordered (occasionally guests are upgraded to additional bedrooms and
bathrooms at no additional charge) and you will be right beside
Disney.
Do the homes look like the ones on the
Internet? They should-We took those pictures
ourselves with a digital camera at the very homes we are offering for
rent!
What is provided in the home? So much, it`s tough to list it all. All
linens and towels are provided. There is at least one cable TV, a DVD
player, and a music system. There is a pullout sofa bed. The kitchen
has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee
maker along with all dishes and utensils. There is a two-car garage,
washer & dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and even a
hair dryer. Is there anything else you require? Just give us a call
and we will do our best to service you.
Is there anything that is not provided? There are a few things you may want to
be sure to pack. We do not provide the large pool towels. You will
need these because the pool water would bleach out the bathroom
towels. Also, unlike a hotel, we do not have a supply closet just
down the hall, so we are unable to provide the small "consumable"
items that are necessary. This would include things like dishwashing
soap, hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper
towels, spices, coffee, sugar, cream, even toilet paper.

about their dream vacation. We welcome them! What is it you want to

worship? Whatever you need, we will be more than happy to help you
