4 Bed/2 Bath home in gated subdivision with private pool, spa, gameroom, internet and two living rooms. This wonderful home has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sofa, love-seat, occasional tables with lamps, coffee table, and an entertainment unit with a TV, VCR and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love.

The family room opens out onto the pool deck, perfect for laying around and soaking in the Florida sunshine. Take a dip in our sparkling clean pool - It is sure to be a memorable feature of your vacation here!

Sleeping accommodations at this wonderful home include a master bedroom with a King-size bed, night stands with lamps, telephone, clock/radio/alarm, closet space, and dresser with TV. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom, offering a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity basins. The second bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser and closet. There is another bedroom with a full bed and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, night stands, closet space, and a shared family bathroom.

There is also a clubhouse right next door to the home that features a workout room and a large pool where you can swim laps.

The community is located just a minute or two from either a Publix full service grocery or super Wal-Mart and 24 Hour Pharmacy/Sundry shop. There are also many restaurants from fast food to fine dining, home improvement stores, mini-golf, Sam's Club, Costco, BJ's, and numerous other smaller attractions very close by.

A Disney Exit is only 9.7 miles away. Sea World, Universal, and the Convention Center are approx. 15 minutes beyond that.
Four major waterparks and hundreds of minor attractions are all within a short drive of your home.
The Atlantic Coast Beaches, like Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach are only about an hour to the east.
The Gulf Coast Beaches around Tampa/St. Petersburg are only about an hour to the west.

Check out time is anytime before 10am.
All rentals require a one-time $78 booking fee and $100 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your reservation. When your booking is processed, those taken for arrival during peak season will have an additional $100 non-refundable deposit and those taken for an arrival during Holiday season will have an additional $200 non-refundable deposit immediately added to your credit card.
Final payment will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for arrivals during Holiday season) unless an alternate form of final payment is made in advance.
