Newly remodeled 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom home with two master suite, extra large pool deck and located right next to Disney World.

The perfect home for your vacation. This home has brand new furniture, features two master suites that both have a Roman Tub, King Size beds, and TVs. One of them has access to the pool deck. The other two bedrooms features a pair of twins in each.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, rangetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and plenty of cookware and place settings. The living room has a large, flat screened TV, DVD player, and music system. And there is also high speed wireless internet.

The home is perfectly located in the highly desireable Formosa Gardens area. This area features the closest vacation homes to the Disney World Resort, Universal, Islands of Adventure, and Sea World are also just minutes away.

The community is located just a minute or two from either a Publix full service grocery or super Wal-Mart and 24 Hour Pharmacy/Sundry shop. There are also many restaurants from fast food to fine dining, home improvement stores, mini-golf, Sam's Club, Costco, BJ's, and numerous other smaller attractions very close by.

A Disney Entrance is only 3.1 miles away. Sea World, Universal, and the Convention Center are approx. 15 minutes beyond that.
Four major waterparks and hundreds of minor attractions are all within a short drive of your home.
The Atlantic Coast Beaches, like Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach are only about an hour to the east.
The Gulf Coast Beaches around Tampa/St. Petersburg are only about an hour to the west.

Check out time is anytime before 10am.
All rentals require a one-time $78 booking fee and $100 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your reservation. When your booking is processed, those taken for arrival during peak season will have an additional $100 non-refundable deposit and those taken for an arrival during Holiday season will have an additional $200 non-refundable deposit immediately added to your credit card.
Final payment will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for arrivals during Holiday season) unless an alternate form of final payment is made in advance.
